SCHEDULE
Friday, October 6, 2017 –
4:30-8 pm – Casual Meet and Greet – Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center.
On the Terrace above the Lobby 2345 McGee St; KC MO
Cash Bar, 60s Lancer Displays; Places “Then and Now” Video; Oldies Music
5-7pm - “Deli” Supper offerings
Saturday, October 7, 2017 –
10 am – Shawnee-Mission East School Tour (Free, Sign up on Registration Form;
Transportation to SME is on your own. Meet at Gym entrance/lobby, south side of school.)
5:30-9 pm - Milano Italian Restaurant in Crown Center – 2450 Grand Blvd, KC MO.
Cash Bar, Casual, Stay and visit until closing.
5:30-6:30 pm – Appetizers; 6:30 – Dinner Buffet
TICKET: $140 per person includes both the Friday and Saturday evening events
(Cash Bar is on your own).
PARKING: Parking in Crown Center Office Buildings and Retail Shops garages is **FREE** from
6:00 pm Friday - 6:00 am Monday, and is handy to both Sheraton and Milano.
FYI, the Crown Center Hotel garages (Sheraton and Westin) are not free.
SHERATON HOTEL: The “SME62 Room Block” is for 30 rooms at a very good discount.
($159+taxes for 1-2 people per night). Reservations needed ASAP – It’s a busy time in KC. Your credit card will hold the room-but will not be charged until you check in.
Call 1-816-841-1000 from 8 am-5 pm Mon-Fri and ask for “ In-House Reservations - to make a reservation into the SME62 Room Block”.
